19 червня 2025 року  в стінах Чернівецького національного університету імені Юрія Федьковича відбулося урочисте вручення сертифікатів учасникам мікрокредитної програми соціальної адаптації внутрішньо переміщених осіб «Інтегрований розвиток: від адаптації до підприємництва».

З 03 березня 2025 протягом трьох з половиною місяців на економічному факультеті проходило навчання 30 новомістян з Донецької, Харківської, Дніпропетровської, Запорізької, Херсонської областей. 

Це більше, ніж освітній курс. Це – шлях трансформації: від нових викликів до нових можливостей. 
Даний проєкт розпочався у 2024 році та має на меті розбудову стійкості закладів вищої освіти України, здатних гнучко адаптуватися до нових потреб українського суспільства в умовах війни, шляхом інтеграції до європейського освітнього простору та обміну досвідом. 

Метою безкоштовної короткострокової мікро кредитної програми є посилення спроможності внутрішньо переміщених осіб (ВПО) до самореалізації через інтеграцію в нове середовище, відкриття, систематизацію чи розвиток малого та середнього бізнесу. 

Програма передбачає формування знань та компетенцій у сфері бізнесу та менеджменту, інтегрованих у розроблені мікрокредитні модулі через навчання в університеті, а також соціально-психологічну адаптація ВПО для подолання пережитого стресу, підвищення психологічної стійкості та набуття мотивації до активного пошуку роботи та підприємницької діяльності. 

Короткострокова мікро кредитна програма тривала 3,5 місяці та передбачала начальні дисципліни, які охоплюють питання економіко-правових основ підприємництва, основ адміністрування та бізнес-моделей, сучасних управлінських технологій, tool-box підприємця, soft skills особистісного розвитку.

On 19 June 2025, a ceremonial certificate awarding took place at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University for participants of the micro-credential programme for the social adaptation of internally displaced persons entitled “Integrated Development: From Adaptation to Entrepreneurship.”

From 3 March 2025, over a period of three and a half months, 30 new residents from the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions completed their training at the Faculty of Economics.

This programme was more than an educational course — it was a journey of transformation, from new challenges to new opportunities. Launched in 2024, the project aims to strengthen the resilience of higher education institutions in Ukraine, enabling them to adapt flexibly to the evolving needs of Ukrainian society in times of war through integration into the European educational space and the exchange of experience.

 The goal of the free short-term micro-credential programme is to enhance the capacity of internally displaced persons (IDPs) for self-realisation through integration into a new environment, as well as through the establishment, structuring, or development of small and medium-sized businesses.

The programme focuses on building knowledge and competencies in business and management, integrated into specially designed micro-credential modules delivered through university-based learning. It also provides socio-psychological adaptation support to help IDPs overcome experienced stress, strengthen psychological resilience, and develop motivation for active job searching and entrepreneurial activity.

The short-term micro-credential programme lasted 3.5 months and included academic modules covering the economic and legal foundations of entrepreneurship, fundamentals of administration and business models, modern management technologies, an entrepreneur’s toolbox, and soft skills for personal development.
