Запрошуємо на безкоштовне навчання внутрішньо переміщених осіб міста Чернівці та області на економічному факультеті Чернівецького національного університету імені Юрія Федьковича за навчальною програмою «Інтегрований розвиток: від адаптації до підприємництва».

Метою короткострокової мікро кредитної програми є посилення спроможності внутрішньо переміщених осіб (ВПО) до самореалізації через інтеграцію в нове середовище, відкриття, систематизацію чи розвиток малого та середнього бізнесу.

Програма передбачає формування знань та компетенцій у сфері бізнесу та менеджменту, інтегрованих у розроблені мікрокредитні модулі через навчання в університеті, а також соціально-психологічну адаптація ВПО для подолання пережитого стресу, підвищення психологічної стійкості та набуття мотивації до активного пошуку роботи та підприємницької діяльності.

Короткострокова мікро кредитна програма триватиме 3,5 місяці та передбчатиме начальні дисципліни, які охоплюють питання економіко-правових основ підприємництва, основ адміністрування та бізнес-моделей, сучасних управлінських технологій, tool-box підприємця, soft skills особистісного розвитку

Період навчання: 03 березня 2025 – 15 червня 2025 р.

Після успішного завершення програми учасники отримають сертифікат Чернівецького національного університету імені Юрія Федьковича.

Навчання проходитиме в рамках проєкту «Реакція університетів на великі перешкоди: створення стійкої вищої освіти для реагування та управління суспільними кризами» (TURBO), який в місті Чернівці реалізується Чернівецьким національним університетом імені Юрія Федьковича та ГО «Центр економічного розвитку та соціальної адаптації» за підтримки та фінансування Європейського Союзу згідно грантової угоди № 101129315.

We invite internally displaced persons (IDPs) residing in the city of Chernivtsi and Chernivtsi region to participate in free training at the Faculty of Economics of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University under the educational programme “Integrated Development: From Adaptation to Entrepreneurship.”

The aim of this short-term micro-credential programme is to strengthen the capacity of internally displaced persons (IDPs) for self-realisation through integration into a new environment, as well as through the establishment, structuring, or further development of small and medium-sized businesses.

The programme focuses on building knowledge and competencies in business and management, integrated into specially designed micro-credential modules delivered through university-based learning. It also includes socio-psychological support for IDPs to help overcome experienced stress, enhance psychological resilience, and develop motivation for active job searching and entrepreneurial activity.

The short-term micro-credential programme will last 3.5 months and will include academic modules covering the economic and legal foundations of entrepreneurship, fundamentals of administration and business models, modern management technologies, an entrepreneur’s toolbox, and soft skills for personal development.

Training period: 3 March 2025 – 15 June 2025.

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will receive a certificate from Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. The training is implemented within the framework of the project “The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building Resilient Higher Education to Respond and Manage Societal Crises (TURBO),” which is carried out in the city of Chernivtsi by Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University and the NGO “Center for Economic Development and Social Adaptation,” with the support and funding of the European Union under Grant Agreement No.101129315.
