З 15 по 18 травня 2024 року співробітники економічного факультету взяли участь в тренінгових заняттях та воркшопах в Університеті Леона Козмінського (Варшава, Польща).

Заступники декана Роман Грешко та Олександр Кифяк, завідувач кафедри міжнародної економіки Олександр Саєнко, доцент кафедри бізнесу та управління персоналом Вікторія Кифяк, доцентка кафедри фінансів і кредиту Віолетта Харабара, доцентка кафедри міжнародної економіки Діана Михайлина та к.е.н., асистентка кафедри міжнародної економіки Ірина Роговська-Іщук навчалися в рамках програми стажування «Capacity building and competence improving for Ukraіnian universities» робочого компоненту 2 проєкту TURBO-ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE «The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises».

Зустрічі зібрали партнерів проєкту TURBO із 7 закладів вищої освіти України, а колеги з Університету NORD та Університету Козмінського ознайомили учасників із сучасними підходами до використання інструментів стратегічного менеджменту для університетів задля їх адаптації до вимог сьогодення та нівелювання потенційних кризових явищ у майбутньому, розповіли про їх досвід проходження міжнародної акредитації, інтернаціоналізацію освітньої й наукової діяльності та інструментами HRM для активізації професійної діяльності викладацького колективу університету. Залучені до тренінгів польські практики спільно із учасниками виробили дієві підходи до посилення співпраці із різними групами стейкхолдерів університетського середовища. На воркшопі Gallup присутні навчилися використовувати новітні підходи для побудови команд із врахуванням психологічних особливостей їх членів.

Представники Університету NORD та Університету Козмінського розповіли про сучасні стратегії управління університетами, спрямовані на адаптацію до сучасних вимог і запобігання майбутнім кризовим ситуаціям, обмінювалися досвідом акредитації, міжнародного співробітництва та використання методів управління персоналом для підвищення ефективності навчального процесу, розглядали ефективні стратегії співпраці зі стейкхолдерами університетського середовища, а на воркшопі Gallup учасники практикували сучасні методи формування команд, враховуючи психологічні особливості їх учасників. Фіналом навчання стали представлені командами університетів презентацій з пропозиціями та інструментами розвитку університетів.

Проект TURBO реалізується за фінансової підтримки ЄС та має на меті підвищення стійкості, готовності та оперативності закладів вищої освіти в Україні через розбудову їхнього потенціалу, вдосконалення компетенцій та обмін досвідом. Реалізується у 2024-2026 роках в партнерстві із Університетом Норд (Норвегія), Університетом Козмінського (Польща), Міжнародним фондом соціальної адоптації та 7 закладами вищої освіти України.

 

From 15 to 18 May 2024, staff members of the Faculty of Economics took part in a series of training sessions and workshops at Kozminski University (Warsaw, Poland).

The training involved Vice Deans Roman Hreshko and Oleksandr Kyfiak, Head of the Department of International Economics Oleksandr Saienko, Associate Professor of the Department of Business and Human Resource Management Viktoriia Kyfiak, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Credit Violetta Kharabara, Associate Professor of the Department of International Economics Diana Mykhailyna, and PhD in Economics, Assistant of the Department of International Economics Iryna Rohovska-Ishchuk. They participated in the internship programme “Capacity Building and Competence Improvement for Ukrainian Universities,” implemented under Work Package 2 of the TURBO-ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE project “The Universities’ Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building Resilient Higher Education to Respond and Manage Societal Crises” funded by EU under Grant agreement No 101129315. 

The meetings brought together TURBO project partners from seven higher education institutions in Ukraine. Colleagues from Nord University and Kozminski University introduced participants to modern approaches to applying strategic management tools in universities, aimed at adapting to current challenges and mitigating potential future crises. They also shared their experience of international accreditation, internationalisation of educational and research activities, and the use of human resource management (HRM) tools to enhance the professional performance of academic staff. Polish practitioners involved in the training sessions, together with the participants, developed effective approaches to strengthening cooperation with various stakeholder groups within the university environment. During the Gallup workshop, participants learned to apply innovative approaches to team building that take into account the psychological characteristics of team members.

Representatives of Nord University and Kozminski University also presented contemporary university management strategies focused on adaptation to modern requirements and the prevention of future crisis situations. The sessions included exchanges of experience in accreditation, international cooperation, and the use of personnel management methods to improve the effectiveness of the educational process, as well as discussions on effective strategies for collaboration with university stakeholders. The Gallup workshop further enabled participants to practise modern team-building methods based on individual psychological profiles. The training concluded with team presentations by the participating universities, showcasing proposed development strategies and practical tools for institutional growth.

The TURBO project is implemented with financial support from the European Union and aims to enhance the resilience, preparedness, and responsiveness of higher education institutions in Ukraine by strengthening institutional capacity, improving competencies, and facilitating the exchange of experience. The project is implemented in 2024–2026 in partnership with Nord University (Norway), Kozminski University (Poland), the International Foundation for Social Adaptation, and seven higher education institutions in Ukraine.
